The Minnesota Genealogical Society invites you to participate in the 2019 North Star Genealogy Conference as a sponsor, vendor, or exhibitor. We anticipate 200-225 attendees who will be looking for products and services related to genealogy and family history.


Conference sponsorships enable MGS to provide this exceptional learning event to genealogy enthusiasts while promoting your business. There are sponsorship opportunities to fit any organization. Tables are provided free of charge. If you need electricity, the charge is $30 for the two-day conference and should be ordered as part of your vendor registration. If you require any services beyond electricity, please use the attached form and send it directly to the hotel as indicated. Space is limited. Registrations are taken on a first-come basis until full. To register as a vendor/exhibitor:

  • Go to the conference registration page
  • Enter this code: VAC2019 in the Member Code field
  • Request tables, order electricity, and lunches for those staffing your table as needed
  • Place an order for a program ad
  • Donate a door prize!

If you are traveling from afar, take advantage of our room block at the conference hotel. Information about reserving a room at the conference discounted rate will be in the "Hotel" heading on the conference web site and also in the confirmation email you will receive following registration. Set up times:

  • Please note that the vendor area is open and NOT secured against other hotel guests.
  • Thursday, October 3rd, evening: 6 pm – 10 pm
  • Friday, October 4th, morning: 6 am – 8 am

Hours for vendors/exhibitors: Friday 8 am – 6 pm and Saturday 8 am – 3 pm

Take down: Saturday by 10 pm

You can submit this form with payment or go to the conference registration page, enter "VAC2019" in the "Member Code" field, and place your order and make payment there. Ads and payment must be received by September 1, 2019.
