Conference price includes access to all breakout sessions, plenary speakers, lunch each day of the conference, and the Friday early evening social and awards program. Please note that a link will be provided to all attendees where they can download handouts from each presentation. Paper handouts will not be provided at the conference.

North Star pre-conference full day workshop on Artificial Intelligence with Mark Thompson, presenter. October 29, 2026, 8:30am - 3:30pm. You may select the box lunch option during the signup for the conference, bring your own lunch or have lunch at a nearby eatery.

There is a limit of 11 vendor tables at the conference. We expect an attendance of 150. If you would like to donate a door prize or purchase a program ad, you may do so in the vendor registration.

Door Prize Donation
MGS is planning on giving away door prizes during the conference. We love doing this during the conference as it makes the conference fun and exciting for attendees. If you would be interested in donating a door prize, please email to Shannon Hillard with a description of your donation.
